But why don’t we hear more about the importance of teamwork from leaders? 🤔 They’re too busy focusing on things like finance, strategy, technology, and marketing. But teamwork is the one sustainable competitive advantage that never goes out of style. 🙌
Measuring the impact of teamwork can be tough, but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth pursuing. Even if it could be measured, you needed more than just buying it or hiring someone to make it happen. It takes courage, discipline, and emotional energy. 💪
But when a team does come together, amazing things can happen! It’s like when the Avengers worked together to save the world from Ultron. They were able to eliminate politics and confusion and get more done in less time. 💥
