💻🔗 The Cloud is the ultimate digital toolbox- accessible from anywhere, anytime! It’s like having a superpower in your hands! 💪🏼🦸♂️
The cloud is like a superhero team 💪🦸♂️🦸♀️, each computer with its own strengths, working together to save the day from anywhere in the world 🌍☁️!
So, what is the cloud? It’s a bunch of computers in a bunch of data centers, all working together to provide you with awesome cloud services! 💻🌐
If you’re still a little confused, don’t worry. My goal is to help you develop an intuition about what the cloud is. And if you get it, congratulations! You have a beginning-level understanding of the cloud. 🎉
But if it doesn’t make sense to you yet, no worries. Just ping me and tell me what I could do better. Or better yet, start over at the beginning and try again. 🔁
Now, let’s get to the expert-level definition of the cloud. It’s a real physical place created by cloud providers, and it lives in data centers spread worldwide. You can access the cloud over the internet, through an API, by programs running on devices, on-demand, and on a pay-for-what-you-use basis. The cloud is where stuff is stored and where workloads run. It’s infinite, accessible from anywhere, anytime, by anyone, for any use case. Phew! 😅
But don’t worry, I’m going to explain all those italicized words and phrases. And I’m going to use lots of examples. Plus, I’ll compare cloud-based services to services that aren’t cloud-based, so you can really see the difference. 🤓
And if you’re having a hard time understanding, that’s okay. This stuff is weird and hard to grasp. But don’t worry, I’ll explain things in multiple ways, and hopefully, one of them will stick. And if it seems like I’m repeating myself, well, I am. But it’s because I want to make sure you really get it. 🔁
So, that’s it for now. Remember, the cloud is nothing to be afraid of. It’s just a bunch of computers working together to make your life easier. And with my help, you’ll be a cloud expert in no time. 💪
