In this world of constant change, it’s easy to fall into complacency and stick to what’s comfortable. But there are better ways to grow, improve, and truly make a difference.
As a leader, it’s my job to constantly push ourselves to be better, take risks, and step outside our comfort zones.
As the Team’s Cultural Shepherd for Team DevOps @ Kissflow (Thanks to Abhishek for that title inspiration 🤓), I had to think about where the Team spends its time and whether they intend to make new experiences that are out of their comfort zone.
This process is continuous & it requires rigor to push through on a daily basis, day after day, practice after practice, and patience that has to be driven by impatience.
Putting these things on paper is damn tough & even more so, putting them into practice. That is a fact beyond doubt. I am telling you that!
It’s no wonder they say…
“Change takes discipline and courage!”
It takes courage to step out of your comfort zone, make new experiences, and push yourself further than you’ve ever gone before. And that’s what we’re all about, isn’t it? Being the best, making the tough choices, and never giving up.
