My Two Cents on DevOps Transformation

In a DevOps Transformation mission, solving any problem requires teamwork & underlying teamwork requires having trust and belief. Sadly, in most DevOps Transformation Mission, we experience a Single Man Army 🤺 (What an Irony! An Army will never go with a Sole person on a mission) even though there is a team. There is too much dependency on the so-called Super Hero 🦸 who is believed to single-handedly solve the entire problem. Sadly, that Super Hero 🦸 turns out to be a Super Villain 🦹 through the journey in most cases.
I have experienced many such scenarios in my various DevOps Transformation Missions & always, my first step is to…bootstrap the Team!
Trust me, it’s the Team that makes DevOps Transformation possible. So invest your trust & belief in them, and then rest assured, they will achieve the mission…Together! 🧑🤝🧑
