Hey there, it’s me again!
When it comes to building a strong team culture, people often ask me, “How do we change and/or build our Team’s culture?”
It used to amuse me to see them ask that question, and I intentionally make it a bit confusing so that they would find clarity eventually.
Now, it’s time to get down to business!
And let me tell you, it’s a good question! It’s a question that I’ve asked myself many times. But the thing is, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer.
You gotta pick a direction and work towards it. It’s all about trial and error, people.
Now, when people ask me how to change and/or build their Team’s culture, I tell ’em to start asking questions. Here are a few questions that can help you get started:
- What’s the best way to learn how to learn? 🤔
- How do I learn? 🤔
- Can I create a learning environment that’s safe for others? 🤔
- In what ways can I learn from and with others? 🤔
- How do we cultivate our unique culture by establishing new behaviors and thinking patterns? 🤔
- Where do we begin? 🤔
Remember, people, there’s no magic formula for creating and/or building your Team’s culture. It’s all about experimentation and finding what works for you. So go out there, ask questions, and let’s make some positive changes! 💪
