Remember when our favorite tax guru Natasha Romanoff (also an ace Avenger on the side), used to grapple with the desktop version of QuickBooks, much like wrestling with Hulk for the last slice of pizza? 🍕😄 That was the era of Desktop Doom, where software was something you physically bought in a box, akin to acquiring Thor’s Hammer, Mjölnir.
You had to drive to the store (yes, just like Tony Stark in his Audi 🚗), browse rows of software boxes (almost like searching for the Infinity Stones), and finally take your chosen one to the checkout line (picture standing in line to meet Nick Fury), and make the purchase. But, the mission didn’t end there, oh no! The installation was like trying to navigate a Chitauri invasion, with floppy disks and manuals everywhere!
This was the QuickBooks ‘Endgame,’ confined to one computer, unable to share the workload with your team. A computer failure was an apocalypse that would make Thanos proud, wiping out all data! 😱
